 Project 1

Spectrum focuses on aspects of promotion, prevention, early intervention, and stigma reduction as part of the Community Mental Health Program (CMHP).  Our initiative aims to tackle such hurdles while providing psychosocial interventions for the whole population. Through a collaborative approach, Spectrum aims to provide services at the grassroots level with a systematic process through community institutions. It's an opportunity for institutions to grow with us. In each district, a mental health department and a rehabilitation or mental health service centre can be part of this collaboration 

 Project 2

Student Mental Health Program for school students and parents aims to reduce mental health and drug abuse problems among children at the earliest stage. Through this program, parents, teachers, and children can identify their mental health needs on their own and seek professional help. The program is designed as a targeted intervention model with 55 service packages in the community, delivered through schools and other educational institutions.

 Project 3

SMHQ is a state-level mental health quiz competition designed for school, college students, and also for professionals and public aiming to create awareness and enhance their knowledge about mental health. The quiz is based on a syllabus that will be shared with the candidates. The competition will be conducted in different levels, including Taluks, Districts, and the Final round (State). Winners at each stage will receive prize and certificates for their achievements.

 Project 4   

The experiences we have gained from our own professional journey, as well as insights from other mental health professionals, clearly indicate that field-oriented practical training is the need of the hour. Spectrum is striving to build a bridge to reduce confusion and ambiguity and to enhance your skill sets, potential, and confidence in navigating the complexities of mental health.

 After a certain period, we may feel a sense of emptiness despite gaining a wealth of experience. Taking a break becomes essential after our pursuit of life. The beautiful phase that awaits us begins after our 60s. However, life's unpredictability means this stage may not be the same for everyone. Many of us require more engagement, understanding, consideration, and validation. In this context, our seniors need more respect and attention to both gain more from their lives and contribute based on their extensive experience. 'Our Wonder 60s' is a program designed in the format of a Self-Help Group (SHG).
